Sample collectionZOOM SOLUTIONS W.L.L.
Zoom Logistics, part of ZOOM SOLUTIONS W.L.L., coordinates commercial cargo by air, sea and road, and temperature-sensitive healthcare and life-sciences shipments. It does not operate aircraft, vessels, ports or a published truck fleet.
Each instruction is built from origin, destination, cargo type, weight or volume, timing, transport mode, and whether pickup and final delivery are required. For healthcare cargo, the instruction also covers the temperature range, packaging and monitoring that the shipment needs.
The same instruction can cover import and export logistics through Bahrain, GCC transport, and customs or document support. The core work is moving the cargo under the conditions the shipment requires.

Who this is for
What Zoom coordinates
Air
Air freight is used when commercial cargo is moving by air into or out of Bahrain and time matters more than cube. Zoom coordinates airport-to-airport and door-to-door movements, priority cargo and other time-sensitive shipments. Zoom does not operate aircraft.
Sea
Sea freight is used for commercial cargo moving into or out of Bahrain by sea when volume and cost matter more than hours. Zoom coordinates FCL, LCL and bulk sea freight, with port-handling coordination, documentation, port-to-port movement, and onward delivery where instructed. Zoom does not operate ships or ports.
FCL is suited to shipments that need a full container. Import and export full-container movements are coordinated against the cargo, origin and destination.
LCL allows smaller commercial shipments to move as consolidated container cargo when a full container is not required.
Land
Zoom coordinates land freight inside Bahrain and road freight between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, including movement via the King Fahad Causeway toward the Eastern Province. Wider GCC freight can be coordinated for Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets - the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar - according to route, cargo and carrier availability. Zoom does not operate a published truck fleet and does not maintain local offices in those markets.
Road freight can be coordinated between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and for wider GCC requirements, with routing confirmed against each shipment. Documentation and delivery coordination sit with the same instruction.
FTL is used when the cargo fills a truck. Origin, destination, cargo and timing are confirmed before the movement is arranged.
PTL, or partial-load freight, is used when the cargo does not fill a truck. The same land-freight instruction can include border documentation.
Delivery coordination
Local and regional delivery can be planned with the road-freight instruction, including pickup and final delivery where those are required.
Customs
Zoom supports import and export customs clearance, documentation preparation, customs-file coordination, regulatory documentation support, customs brokerage coordination and shipment-processing guidance. Classification, duties, clearance and cargo release are determined by the relevant authorities.
Import and export documents
The papers required for the shipment are identified, prepared and checked before the file proceeds.
Customs brokerage coordination
Zoom coordinates the clearance file and the information the process requires, including requests for additional documents.
Shipment processing
Classification, duties and release belong to the authority and to the cargo. Duty rates, HS codes and release times are not published as general figures.
Fulfilment
Where a commercial instruction requires it, Zoom can coordinate order processing, inventory management, pick and pack, packaging support and last-mile delivery coordination. Capacity, workspace and delivery method are confirmed against the cargo and the order profile. The fulfilment workflow is set out on e-commerce fulfilment.
Cold chain
Some shipments cannot simply arrive. They must arrive within defined conditions. Zoom coordinates temperature-sensitive logistics for pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory and life-sciences shipments.
The working ranges are 2-8°C refrigerated logistics and 2-25°C controlled room temperature. Packaging, monitoring and equipment are confirmed against the shipment. Zoom does not publish an owned reefer fleet or a temperature guarantee.
Refrigerated logistics for shipments that must stay in this range.
Controlled room-temperature logistics.
How we work
Define the shipment
The enquiry starts with origin, destination, cargo, weight or volume, timing, transport mode, and whether pickup and delivery are required.
Confirm the freight route
Zoom reviews the requirement and coordinates the air, sea or road route. Carrier selection and transit times are confirmed against the shipment.
Prepare the shipment
Shipment information and documentation are organised, and any required customs or clearance coordination is identified.
Coordinate the movement
Zoom follows the freight file and coordinates the parties required through the instructed stage. Status can be provided on the file; this is not a public tracking portal.
Physical space
Freight coordination and warehouse rental are separate services. Where cargo needs storage or onward distribution, Zoom can coordinate warehousing and distribution requirements. Customers who need physical space to rent can also be referred to warehouse space in Sitra, Bahrain. See warehousing and distribution for how storage sits inside a logistics instruction.
Zoom's Sitra warehouse units are published separately. Confirm current availability and suitability on that page.

Visibility
Monitoring can be added to a shipment instruction. This is a capability, not a live customer dashboard and not a public tracking portal.
Recorded against the range agreed for the shipment.
Where moisture exposure matters to the cargo.
Position updates when location monitoring is instructed.
For cargo that should stay protected from light.
Impact events on shipments that cannot be dropped.
Movement stress where the product requires it.
Industries
Logistics instructions are scoped to the cargo. These are the sectors the desk works with. They are not a client list.
Medicines, vaccines and biologics under a defined handling instruction.
Cargo for hospitals, clinics and healthcare suppliers.
Materials moving between laboratories and production sites.
Diagnostic and research shipments that need a controlled handover.
Movements associated with clinical research operations.
Equipment and device distribution support.
Order fulfilment and last-mile coordination.
Import, storage and store distribution.
Inbound materials and outbound finished goods.

Region
Zoom is headquartered in Adliya, Manama. The published UAE office is Zoom Solutions FZC, Block B, B56-189, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park. That presence supports logistics coordination across Bahrain, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC or international routes, according to cargo, route and carrier availability.
Zoom does not publish a truck fleet, and it does not maintain a logistics office in every GCC market. The regional structure is described on Regional Outlook.
Relevant work
Import and distribution for a retail brand
On a published assignment for a European retail brand entering Bahrain, Zoom coordinated import, cargo movement and distribution as part of a wider engagement that also included storage. The brand opened its stores within 45 days. That figure refers to the wider store rollout, not a logistics-only delivery KPI or a promised freight timeframe.
