Visas and permits
For employers already operating in Bahrain, Zoom prepares the work-permit file, administers the employer-side visa file, coordinates the required documents, supports submission and follows the application. That includes LMRA-related work permit processing where applicable.
Zoom prepares, coordinates and follows the administrative file. The relevant authority decides eligibility, approval, rejection, permit issuance and residency. Zoom does not grant visas.
File preparation
Zoom reviews the workforce requirement, identifies the documents needed for that file and prepares the information the employer already has.
Submission and follow-up
Zoom coordinates submission of the file and follows requests for additional documents or information.
Employer coordination
The employer is kept informed of file status, outstanding documents and information still needed from the company.
Clearance
Companies already operating in Bahrain may need documents prepared and filed to keep operations current. Zoom prepares the documents, coordinates administrative filing, follows submitted files and supports the government process for those existing-company requirements.
Zoom is not the government authority and does not issue official approvals.
Renewals
Zoom supports existing businesses with the administrative preparation and follow-up required for CR and licence renewal files. Where the file uses Bahrain’s official Commercial Registration / Sijilat process, Zoom coordinates the paperwork. Zoom does not issue or renew the registration.
This is not a first Commercial Registration, company formation, a new activity or a CR amendment. Government fees and processing times are set by the authority and are not published here as Zoom service promises.
Workforce administration
Zoom provides administrative HR support, routine workforce administration and payroll-cycle administration for employers that already have staff in post.
The work is administrative. It does not constitute employment-law advice.
Staffing support
Where an employer has an agreed staffing requirement, Zoom can support that recruitment instruction. Placement is not guaranteed.
If a later work-permit or visa file is required, that file is handled as employer-side administration. The relevant authority decides the outcome.
How we work
Exact documents and authority requirements depend on the file. Zoom does not publish a universal checklist or fixed government processing times.
Define the requirement
The brief sets out the company, the file type (work permit, clearance, renewal or workforce administration), current status and the documents already available.
Prepare the documentation
Zoom prepares the documents required for that file and coordinates any items still needed from the employer before the file proceeds.
Coordinate submission and follow-up
Zoom coordinates submission and follows the administrative file. The relevant authority decides eligibility, approval and statutory outcomes.
Continue administration where required
Where the same company then needs a later renewal, employee administration or payroll-cycle work, Zoom can continue that administration.
Related work

Advisory, strategy, market-entry planning or governance sits with Business Consultancy.
Once the company exists, Professional Services can support ongoing PRO administration.
Relevant work
Visas and clearance on a published retail launch
As part of a published market-entry assignment for a European retail brand entering Bahrain, Zoom Professional Services handled visa and document-clearance administration. Establishment of the company sat with the separate formation work on that assignment.
The published case records that the stores opened in 45 days. That figure is the wider launch timeline, not a visa or clearance processing time, and is not a government-approval claim.
